Insurance

All the yachts are insured against damage to hull, gear, and machinery as well as for third party liability but this doesn't cover your personal belongings and injuries.

The charter includes full insurance cover for the vessel, the crew and any accidents caused directly by the negligence of the skipper or the crew or by the defects in the vessel.

Charterers must arrange their own insurance coverage against illness or accidents arising out of their own negligence or misfortune.
