Booking Procedure

Once you decide on your selected yacht and period, send us your request. We will send you availability and prices. As soon as you agree we will send and the contracts for you to sign, and the bank details for you to make the transfer of 50% of the total hire. Please return three copies of the contract to us, as well as a copy of the bank transfer.

Your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive the signed contracts and advance payment of 50%.

This procedure should not take longer than a week, as the yacht is under option and cannot accept other bookings. The remaining balance of 50% is due the latest, 4 weeks before embarkation.

Guarantee,according to the size of the boat is required which you will receive back in your return.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee.
For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee.
For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee.

If the boat will be rechartered, for the same period, the cancelation fees will be refunded.
